PicanhaAncco provides high-quality Brazilian BBQ catering services for private events, parties, weddings, corporate functions and more. All services are subject to availability and confirmed via written booking.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or booking form).

  • A deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment terms are not met.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or any approved payment method listed on our website or invoice.

  • Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.

  • Prices quoted include VAT if applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of deposit.

  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded.

  • Less than 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable and 50% of the full event cost may still be due, depending on preparations.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, illness, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or a new date offered.

5. Changes to Your Booking

Any changes to guest numbers, location, timing, or menu must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but this may affect pricing or service availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure safe and legal access to the event location.

  • Parking/access for catering vehicles must be provided.

  • Any necessary permissions, permits, or venue coordination are the responsibility of the client.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens (including nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy).

9. Photographs & Social Media

We may take photos or videos at events for promotional purposes (e.g. on social media or our website). If you or your guests do not wish to be included, please let us know in advance.

10. Use of Our Website

By using our website or submitting a booking form, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. All content on our site is the intellectual property of Picanha&Co and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England.
